The Scorpio Full Moon 2024 is on April 23rd at 4:49 pm PDT and 7:49 pm EDT. The Moon at 4 degrees and seventeen minutes of Scorpio is opposite the Sun at four Degrees and seventeen minutes of Taurus. This Full Moon is about digging deep into your own emotions. Working on what you can to transform or transmute, heal, and grow. This is the time to do some releasing work, self reflection, and self discovery. Do this gently, please.

Scorpio is a fixed water sign. The ruler of Scorpio is Pluto (modern) and Mars (traditional).

Full Moon’s are a time of releasing. Remember to do it gently and easily with harm to none. The Moon in the second house is asking you to take time to review your valuables. Are your investments doing well? or is it time to move things around some? Maybe it’s time to ask for a raise. The Sun is opposite the Moon in the 8th house of joint resources.

Scorpio Full Moon Astrology Highlights

• Ruler of the Chart and Ascendant (ASC purple circle) is Mercury . Mercury is in Aries and finishing up the retrograde cycle on April 25th.
• Ruler of the Moon (yellow circle) is Pluto (modern ruler) and Mars (traditional Ruler) Pluto is in Aquarius. This would add in some break free and breakthrough energy to this Full Moon. A time for inner reflection.
• The Ruler of the Sun (pink circle) is Venus in Aries. They are house mates in the 8th hours for the Seattle chart. Venus in Aries likes a bit more freedom here.
• The MC (midheaven green circle) is ruled by Mercury in Aries. Get ready to move forward now. It feels like the brakes are being released.

• Grand Trine (Dark Blue) Juno in Virgo in the 12th house, Pholus in Capricorn in the 4th House, and Sun in Taurus in the 8th House. All 120 degrees apart. Forming a trine. Partnering on an intimate level is at a turning point now.

Sabian Symbols

The Sabian Symbols where channeled by Spiritualist Medium Elsie Wheeler in 1925 with the assistance of Astrologer Marc Edmond Jones. Each symbol is an archetypal picture for each degree of the zodiac. I have referenced three symbols for the Ascendant (on the left of the chart, on a clock face it would be 9 o’clock), Midheaven (the top or highest point of the chart, 12 noon), and the Moon and the Sun. Yearly Lunar Phase

We have a yearly cycle of the moon for each sign and it begins with the New Moon in each sign.. Journaling is a helpful tool, for looking back at the phases and cycles.
